Questions
What do I get free?
Two tailored resumes, each for a job you paste: the full PDF, no watermark, with every change listed. No card.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. Make a tailored resume for every job you apply to. The pass is for one person’s own job search, with a limit of 40 resumes an hour to keep things fair for everyone.
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing, unless you choose to buy another 30 days. There’s no automatic renewal, so you’re never charged again without asking.
Can I get a refund?
Passes are final once they start. If you were charged by mistake, or something on our side didn’t work, we’ll refund you in full. For anything else, email support@bettershell.ai.
